When you call Everett's plumbing solutions you will speak directly with  the business owner. We will try to figure out what is needed over the phone or decide if a sight check is necessary so I can be the most prepared for the work to be performed. You will be scheduled promptly and prior to arrival you will receive a phone call to let you know I'm on the way. I will explain in detail the work I intend to perform and why it is needed. Before any work is performed you will receive a quote and you will not be charged any more then what was promised for the agreed work to be performed. After the work is performed I will walk you through what was done and how to maintain and operate the product if necessary. The area will be cleaned from any job related mess. After all is complete then we will take care of the payment (cash or check). you will then sign and receive a copy of the invoice. Finally you will have a one year warranty on all work performed (does not cover cost of parts) that will be in writing on your invoice.
